- Jonathan is the program director at the Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school in Hollywood, CA. He is a lifelong student of philosophy, spirituality, and religion, holds an MA in Religion and Ethics from Claremont School of Theology, and is the author of The Great Doubt: Spirituality Beyond Dogma, available at Amazon.com. One of his passions is integrating spirituality with somatic practices such as the martial arts. He is a purple belt, so take what he says with a grain of salt.
